Seaweed Symposia
One of the main activities of the ISA is the organisation of a 3-yearly International Seaweed Symposium of which 20 have now taken place all over the world, the most recent at the Instituto do Investigaciones Oceanologicas, Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, Ensenada, México in February 2010.
The Proceedings of these Symposia are published on behalf of the ISA. Eighteen volumes of the Proceedings of the International Seaweed Symposia have been published to date, and the XIXth will be published in due course.
The XXIth symposium will be in Bali in 2013. Details will be announced here as they become available.
